  Overview

With short warming up times, high-precision temperature control and turbo-drying, the Memmert Vacuum Drying Ovens, VO200 (29L), VO400 (49L) and VO500 (101L), show off all their strength, yet at the same time they can dry heat-sensitive or oxygen-sensitive substances and materials such as cosmetics, food, clocks, books or PCBs and other electronic components with unparalleled gentleness.

The direct contact between chamber load and the heatable and removable thermal shelves guarantees in all vacuum oven VO models a quick and even temperature control without loss of heat. The direct heating contact results in fast and efficient operation.

Modular construction gives the flexibility to design a unit that has the technical features and accessories to meet any need. Memmert Generation 2003 accessories are available.

As much function as necessary, as much individuality as possible! Contact Rose Scientific to custom design the Memmert Vacuum Oven that does what it needs to do with the resources available. The ordering number is assembled from the catalog numbers of the various options at the time the Vacuum Oven is ordered

Features of the VO Vacuum Drying Ovens:
  • Temperature range up to +200 ℃
  • 3 model sizes (29l, 49l and 1011) of vacuum oven VO
  • State-of-the-art control technology based on the Memmert P performance class for all models
  • Full sight anti-splinter, VDE-tested door construction for all models
  • Each of the aluminum thermoshelves is equipped with a separate shelf heating and its own sensors, with separate control circuits that react precisely to different loads and humidities
  • If large amounts of powder and granulate need to be dried, two vacuum values can be set, between which the pressure can oscillated under controlled conditions
  • Optional switching to inert gas: Programmable and digitally controlled inlet for inert gas with a flow rate reduction
  • Optional pump control: Optimized rinsing procedures for pump membranes as needed, as well as signal output for pumps ON/OFF
